Neck
Measure around the base of your neck where a collar would naturally sit. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Chest/Bust
Keep your arms relaxed by your sides and measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips
Standing with feet hip-width apart, measure around the widest part of your hips.
Inseam
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle, following the inside of your leg.
